We exist to develop athletes in our community through high-level football training, structure, and mentorship. Our goal is simple: help kids play faster, think clearer, compete harder, and carry those habits into school, family, and life.

  • Tryouts are on Dec 17, 2025 at the Bruin Bowl (Mountain View High School). Check-in and registration is 6:30 - 7:00 PM, and the on-field tryout runs 7:00 - 8:00 PM.

  • We hold an open tryout, then build teams based on results and the number of athletes in each age/grade group. Teams practice, compete, and represent 801 Legends in tournaments and leagues throughout the 7v7 season. All coaches (including parent coaches and BYOT coaches) must be approved and qualified by our staff.

  • Each player registration includes: game uniform, bag, helmet, t-shirt, 5 tournaments (including Pylon Mecca), and 8 group training sessions.

  • Total registration fee is $750. Payments can be made through Venmo, credit card, checks, or cash. Full payment or a deposit is due upon making a team.

  • Yes. Payment plan option: Jan 6 ($350), Jan 20 ($200), Feb 3 ($200).

  • We hold 8 group training sessions on Monday nights at the Bruin Bowl, 7:00-8:00 PM. Dates: Jan 12, 19, 26; Feb 2, 9, 16, 23; Mar 2.

  • Practice times and additional practice locations will be based on each team's coach.

  • Planned tournaments (subject to change): Gold Rush (Herriman) Jan 16/17 (may be replaced with April tournament), Pylon Mecca (Mesquite) Feb 21/22, SEVEN (Ogden) Mar 6/7, Kingdom (Salt Lake City) Mar 20/21, UC Elite (Provo) Mar 27/28. Teams may opt in to additional tournaments; registration for additional events will be split evenly amongst the team.

  • Yes. You bring a qualified coach (approved by 801 Legends) and your players/roster. We provide 801 Legends uniforms, helmets (if applicable), an offensive and defensive playbook to install with your team, and tournament/league registration under the 801 Legends name.

  • Coaches must be approved by 801 Legends staff and align with our standards, values, and coaching philosophy. Coach perk: if appointed as a head or assistant coach and you have a child (or multiple children) on a team, a portion of their player fee will be waived.
